Cant blog to-day , I'm " slow of flight." Went to the Cliff hotel ( up the road ) last night for the tasting menu . I was tired from customers telling me how good it was . They lied , it was'nt good , it was magic .Here are the 18 plates we worked our way through over a blissful 4 -5 hours accompanied by 5 glasses of perfectly matched wines .
